Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Vaulty Lock ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Vaulty Lock for personal, non-commercial purposes on your Apple Watch device, subject to these terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

Permitted Use

You may:

  • Download and install the App on your Apple Watch
  • Play the game for personal entertainment
  • Share your experiences and scores with others

Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the App
  • Use the App for commercial purposes without permission
  • Attempt to circumvent any security features
  • Use automated tools or bots to play the game
  • Copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the App

Intellectual Property

Vaulty Lock, including its design, graphics, code, and gameplay mechanics, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved.

Game Content

The App is provided as a puzzle game for entertainment purposes. While we strive to ensure the game functions properly, we do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Compatibility with all Apple Watch models
  • Preservation of game progress across updates

Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to:

  • Update or modify the App at any time
  • Change game features, levels, or difficulty
  • Discontinue the App with or without notice

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT IT WILL BE ERROR-FREE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vaulty Lock and its developers from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these terms.

Apple App Store

Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service. In case of conflict between these terms and Apple's terms, Apple's terms shall prevail.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Termination

These terms remain in effect until terminated. We may terminate your access to the App at any time for any reason. You may terminate by uninstalling the App.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
